I am a Designer who does big "D" Design.Design--in the broad sense, spans beyond aesthetic styling and gets back to the essential definition--to plan. Through the use of an explicit design process, I discover new insights and reframe problems in order to shape artifacts, services, and systems that provide the conditions for meaningful experiences.
